Quality Policy
For many years, with a view to pursuing the general and quality objectives of our mission, COMIP S.r.l. has decided to adopt and maintain a Quality Management System. This management system, following the publication of the 2015 revision of the reference standard UNI EN ISO 9001, has been updated and evaluated as compliant by the appointed certification body. COMIP S.r.l. considers this system an effective tool to face the challenges of a constantly evolving market, capable of consolidating the existing quality standards, and striving for full customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The Management, in the exercise of an adequate leadership, commits therefore to understand the organization, its context and the company's stakeholders, and to identify, monitor and optimize the processes, assigning clear tasks and responsibilities.
In the Organization management, we have adopted a "risk-based thinking" perspective to consolidate and maintain business continuity, and promote, at all levels, the importance of focusing on the customer and the other interested parties, in order to determine and satisfy the expressed and implicit needs.
Constant attention is paid to ensuring compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, and all the requirements agreed with our customers and the other interested parties; we pursue continuous improvement of our company's performance formulating, year after year, adequate improvement plans based on risk-assessment results, investment perspectives, audit results and progress of the process indicators.
Finally, we engage to ensure effective internal and external communication, motivation and professional growth of our staff, and the involvement of suppliers in our process of continuous improvement.
